Investment Process

The Investment Process outlined below illustrates the key events and stages that a successful application will go through. As an indicative guide, the process should take around 8 weeks from receipt of the plan to completion of the transaction. However, some transactions are highly complex by nature and can, for many reasons, often take longer.

At each stage of the process the investment proposal is considered as being able or unable to proceed to the next stage, and the applicant is notified of the decision.
